Breathe & Believe Chest Care Clinic

Airway Diseases

Airway diseases such as asthma, COPD, chronic bronchitis, and emphysema narrow the airways, making breathing difficult. These conditions are chronic and require consistent medical attention for symptom control and relief.

The common causes are smoking, prolonged exposure to air pollutants, allergens, and occupational hazards. Genetics and early childhood infections can also increase the risk of developing chronic airway conditions later in life.

Globally, it affects over 500 million people, with COPD ranking as the third leading cause of death. The burden continues to grow due to pollution and aging populations.

Symptoms typically include chronic cough, wheezing, shortness of breath, and chest tightness. These signs often worsen with exertion, cold air, or exposure to irritants, affecting day-to-day activities.

Preventive steps include quitting smoking, minimizing pollution exposure, managing allergies, and staying vaccinated against respiratory infections. Early lifestyle changes can delay disease onset and reduce flare-ups significantly.

At Breathe & Believe Chest Care Clinic, we offer comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of airway diseases—tailored to your needs with evidence-based care and personalized support.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation

Pulmonary rehabilitation is a personalized program designed to help people with chronic lung conditions breathe easier and live better. It combines exercise training, breathing techniques, education, and nutritional advice to improve lung function and energy levels.

Patients may experience symptoms like fatigue, breathlessness during daily activities, and a general decline in physical stamina. These often limit independence and quality of life.

While chronic lung damage can’t always be reversed, regular physical activity, quitting smoking, and following medical guidance can prevent worsening.

At Breathe & Believe Chest Care Clinic, we provide structured pulmonary rehabilitation plans to help you build strength, regain confidence, and breathe more freely in your everyday life.

Thoracic Oncology

Thoracic oncology focuses on diagnosing and treating cancers in the chest, especially lung cancer. It’s one of the most serious respiratory conditions, and early intervention is key to better outcomes.

Symptoms may include a persistent cough, chest pain, breathlessness, unexplained weight loss, or coughing up blood. These signs should never be ignored.

Smoking remains the top cause of lung cancer, but other risks include air pollution, occupational exposures, and family history. Quitting smoking and early screenings are vital steps in prevention.

Our clinic offers expert guidance and referrals for thoracic oncology care, working closely with oncologists to support diagnosis, staging, and ongoing respiratory management throughout cancer treatment.

Sleep Medicine

Sleep disorders—especially obstructive sleep apnea—can seriously impact your health, mood, and quality of life. Sleep medicine focuses on identifying and treating conditions that interfere with restful, healthy sleep.

Symptoms include loud snoring, gasping for air during sleep, excessive daytime tiredness, poor concentration, and morning headaches. Sleep apnea often goes undiagnosed until it begins affecting daily life.

Being overweight, smoking, alcohol, and a sedentary lifestyle increase the risk of developing sleep-related breathing disorders. Simple lifestyle changes can help in prevention.

At Breathe & Believe, we provide sleep evaluations, diagnostic tests, and long-term support for managing sleep apnea and related conditions—so you can wake up feeling truly rested again.

Tuberculosis (TB)

Tuberculosis is a contagious bacterial infection that mainly affects the lungs. Despite medical advancements, TB remains a serious public health issue, especially in densely populated areas.

Common symptoms include a chronic cough lasting more than two weeks, fever, night sweats, fatigue, and weight loss. It spreads through the air when an infected person coughs or sneezes.

Timely BCG vaccination, early detection through testing, and avoiding close contact with active TB patients work as preventive measures for this disease. Treatment requires a full course of antibiotics, often lasting 6–9 months.

We offer TB screening, diagnosis, and monitoring services at our clinic, ensuring timely care, accurate treatment, and support for patients and their families throughout recovery.

Pulmonary Function (Testing (PFT)

Pulmonary Function Testing is a non-invasive way to assess how well your lungs are working. It helps in diagnosing and monitoring asthma, COPD, and other chronic respiratory issues.

You may need a PFT if you experience unexplained shortness of breath, chronic coughing, or wheezing. It’s also used before surgery or to evaluate treatment progress.

There are no direct prevention strategies for lung function decline, but early testing can catch problems before they worsen, especially if you have risk factors like smoking or pollution exposure.

At Breathe & Believe, we provide advanced PFT services for accurate diagnosis and ongoing lung health management—helping us build treatment plans that truly fit your respiratory needs.

Pulmonary Vascular Diseases

Pulmonary vascular diseases affect the blood vessels in the lungs and can lead to serious complications like pulmonary hypertension or embolism. These conditions impact how blood moves through your lungs and heart.

Breathlessness during activity, chest pain, fatigue, light-headedness, and swelling in the ankles or legs are the common symptoms. Left untreated, these conditions can become life-threatening.

Risk factors include blood clots, heart conditions, autoimmune diseases, or chronic lung disease. Maintaining cardiovascular health, staying active, and addressing symptoms early can help prevent complications.

Our clinic offers evaluation and long-term respiratory support for patients with suspected or diagnosed pulmonary vascular diseases, working in collaboration with specialists to ensure the best outcomes.

Respiratory Services

Asthma & Allergy Clinic

Breathing shouldn’t feel like a struggle. At our Asthma & Allergy Clinic, we work with children and adults to uncover what’s really triggering their symptoms—whether it’s dust, pollen, pollution, or food sensitivities. Once we identify the source, we create a long-term plan that includes everything from inhalers to environmental control to lifestyle coaching. For many, asthma and allergies don’t just affect the lungs—they affect sleep, energy, and confidence. We’re here to help change that.

COPD & Chronic Lung Disorders

COPD—short for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease—isn’t just one disease. It includes emphysema, chronic bronchitis, and other conditions that make breathing feel like a chore.

It affects over 300 million people globally, and in many cases, it’s preventable.

Most patients come in after years of smoking or working in dusty, polluted environments. But there’s hope. Through pulmonary rehab, medication, and consistent care, we help slow the disease and improve quality of life—even in advanced stages.

Lung Cancer

Lung cancer is often silent until it’s not. A lingering cough, unexplained weight loss, or chest discomfort may be the only early clues. While smoking remains the leading cause, non-smokers are not immune. At Breathe & Believe, we approach lung cancer with urgency and compassion.

We provide advanced imaging and lung evaluations, coordinate with oncology teams, and support patients through every stage—from diagnosis to respiratory management during treatment. Here, patients are never just a case file—they’re people first.

Pulmonary Function Test (PFT)

Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) is a group of tests that measure how well your lungs are working. These tests help doctors check lung capacity, airflow, and how efficiently oxygen is transferred into the blood. PFTs are commonly used to diagnose and monitor conditions like asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), lung fibrosis, and other breathing-related problems. During the test, you may be asked to breathe in and out through a mouthpiece connected to a machine called a spirometer. The process is safe, painless, and usually takes only a few minutes.

Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD)

Interstitial Lung Disease isn’t just one condition—it’s a group of disorders that cause inflammation or scarring deep in the lungs. Many patients describe it as a growing struggle to catch their breath, even at rest. ILDs can be linked to autoimmune diseases, long-term medication use, or unknown triggers.

They’re complex, but not unmanageable. With early imaging, precise testing, and tailored therapies, we help patients protect their remaining lung function and stay active for longer.

Bronchoscopy and Interventional Pulmonology

Sometimes, we need to look deeper. Bronchoscopy allows us to examine the inside of the lungs with a tiny camera, helping us spot infections, tumors, bleeding, or blockages. In interventional pulmonology, we go further—draining fluid, placing airway stents, or performing biopsies, all with minimal discomfort and recovery time.

These procedures sound complex, but they’re often key to saving lives or giving clarity when nothing else works. We perform them safely, precisely, and with complete patient awareness and care.
